Brandon is the Director of Training and Programme Development for GAC. He has designed and delivered experiential learning programmes to over 200 programmes in the last 8 years. He leads the training of some of GAC anchor programmes such as the Corporate Team Building, Facilitation & Training Programme, International Award (The Duke of Edinburgh), Corporate Social Responsibility Programme, Wilderness First Aid Course, Rock Climbing Course and Survival Course. Some of the clients under Brandon’s portfolio include ExxonMobil, Jotun Paints, Petronas CariGali, Galaxy Group, Samsung Corning, Nestle Malaysia, Alstom Power, Raritan, Standard Chartered Bank, Honda Malaysia, General Electric and Leighton Asia.
Brandon, with his strong 15 years of corporate experience in the facilitation & training field, has also garnered experience in conducting Duke of Edinburgh Award & scouting activities.
His easy-going demeanour and ability to reach out to people allows Brandon to effectively bridge generation gaps found in teams, break barriers of communication, and bring out the best performance in people, inciting commitment and motivation. He also has a strong interest in wilderness medical, risk management, conservation activities (flora-fauna), history and culture, and is able to provide his clients with insights into the local’s way of life.
